Back to CrossFit training at full capacity - no more taking it easy after coming back from holidays.
New time schedule started today (24th of September) first class of the day is now at 5:30am. More classes, smaller classes, better training.
Todays session was a good one!
Some strength work then a nasty WOD.

60kg, 80kg, 90kg, 100kg, 110kg

Row 1000m
15 power clean @ 60kg
40 boxjumps
Row 750m
12 power clean @ 60kg
30 boxjumps
Row 500m
9 power clean @ 60kg
20 boxjumps
400m farmers carry @24kg
A thoroughly sweat drenching time.
